BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

The VAIASIU is governed by a Board of Directors and elected officers, who are elected every two years at the annual December business meeting. The elected officers include the president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. The Board of Directors is comprised of the four elected officers, the immediate past president and the chapter’s legal counsel.
